Lovely views, enjoyed perfect and quiet setting.
We all had a very very good stay in this wonderful hotel. Our beautifully decorated room had central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk.

The place was spotless with an amazing view. the location was incredible, right by all beaches on the south-west coast of the island where you can beautifully see the sunset. There were convenient amenities like an electric kettle, refrigerators, and a cooking hob.

The studio was beautiful with great view and bedroom. The staff was lovely and good and gave some great recommendations. The location in a decent area was marvellous and particularly good and there were a supermarket and shops nearby. It was about 1 km from the airport.

The place was clean and staff was fantastic friendly. the room had an amazing view. Quiet and ideal location close enough to the best restaurants in Koukunaries as well as the best beach in Skiathos. I felt safe at Aelia Studios.

The studio was immaculate and the beds were very comfy. The staff were lovely, friendly, and hospitable. The location was quiet, convenient, and close to the beaches, pine, and olive tree forests. The view of the sea and forest was great.

Located right by the beach in a lush green area, the rooms are well decorated and neat, equipped with private bathrooms, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a cooking hob.

A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Very welcoming and pleasant staff and management. the location excellent and unbeatable close to Koukounaries beach.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful beach and close to great restaurants and bus stops. The staff and owner were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The studios were clean and comfortable, providing us with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our children absolutely loved the nearby playground, where they could play and make new friends. It was a wonderful experience for the whole family!
My children wanted more activities for kids on the studio complex.

I had a great value for my money at Aelia Studios. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was amazing with beautiful views of both the vegetation and the sea. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast selection could have been better with more variety in the options available.

Hassle-free stay here. The food was really good and they served up a variety for all our meals. The rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed. The location of this place is fantastic, right by a bus stop, making it super convenient to get around. Plus, it's just a short walk to the beach. 🏖️
